High pitched noise

Hi guys I've only had my rcz back from the garage for about two weeks after they replaced a faulty sensor but have now noticed a high pitched noise coming from where I think is towards the right back behind my wheel. I can hear it on the back left hand side but it's not as loud.i don't know if anyone else had had this or knows what it is?

No, I even left my car running last night for about five or ten minutes after I finished driving back from a seminar and I could still hear it.
