Hi everyone im new here i have just bought my first rcz today and they are such a nice car haha i should have got one sooner i bought it from auction so i kinda expected there to be issues i was just wondering if anyone could help the passenger mirror is compleatly dead dosent do anything no motor noise or anything the drivers side works perfect tho would i be right in thinking i need a new mirror unit and the outer issue is both seats dont adjust the buttons on the side are lit up but they dont move in any direction and i wouldent have a clue where to look first any help is much appreciated thanks

Hi there and welcome to the forum.
Have you checked all the fuses under the bonnet and in the glove compartment. I would be checking these out first...

Buying from an auction will get you a good deal but I would have the car checked over just so you know what you've bought.

Yer i got the car at a good deal but it needed a mot so had to put it on the back of my recovery truck to bring it home once i droped it outside my house i found thease issues with it its mainly getting the drivers chair to move forward im conserned about but i dont know where to start have tryed to find if there is a fuse for the chairs but i can only find fuse for the heated seat part not the actually seat itself if that makes sence haha

Hi thankyou for the welcome i ended up getting the diesel 2.0lt hdi has 67000 on a 2011 plate ended up winning it for 2400 just needs a new bumper i managed to solve the issues in this post was just a connect in the fuse box no on properly just need to get in moted + service and put a new timeing belt on it so carnt wait to make it my main car haha they look really good

I checked common problems before i brought mine yesterday and one of them is the electric mirror units - they are prone to creaking, noises and then dying! Sounds like a new mirror unit for sure.

Hope the rest of the issues can be easily resolved for you...i am sure someone on here will be able to help.

Yes haha could have been worse haha just need to find a rear bumper and driver side window regulator now haha
