I was wondering if i connect a multimeter to the electrical connector leading to the primary (in fuel tank), Should i see 12 volts when i turn the key on?
There are 4 wires in the connector 2 of which i assume are related to the fuel level sender unit and the other 2 wires (Larger core) are for the pump itself.
Also, roughly what omg resistance should i see when i test the pump?
ive replaced the pump with another unit but i can't hear it fire up when i insert the key in the ignition .
any advise or suggestions where i go from here is much appreciated.
