Great choice the hdi engine. In my opinion the jewel of the range. I'm personally thinking of replacing the Peugeot badge with a Smart version. Enjoy your new purchase.

Thanks for the welcome all,
The Hdi was gonna be my choice all along. Could I just ask has your car been glass coated ?
It has an amazing shine. Do you know the approx price if it has ?

Welcome. Now get a tuning box fitted and take it to just over 200bhp and have better fuel economy.

Hi leenineplus, is that what you have done ? How much does that cost and what difference would that make to my insurance ? How much better would my fuel economy be ?
It seems already powerful enough for me but am interested.

If you're on PC then you need to use a website like photo bucket to upload photos otherwise I think Tapatalk can resize it automatically for you

I use an app called autoresize it's free on the App Store and you can specify 256 as max output size. You then save a copy of the photo & upload on here. simples

Yes my car was treated with Diamond Bright by dealer. They charged me just over £200 but it does come with a care pack and lifetime guarantee.

BUT if you look on fleabay you can find the full treatment for a ridiculous amount. My daughter just bought a new Seat Ibiza FR & couldn't afford the treatment doing. I found both stage 1 & 2 for under a tenner. Then I got the care pack for about the same. It took us less than a day to do her car ourselves.

Thanks for the compliment, I like to make my Z shiny. I will be out there again later today

Thanks for info DKZ5747. Will look into that and try to get the photos on your other post. Might have to wait for weather to get a bit better. And a full free day from work.

Ive used these for ten years plus on many diesels. No problems. Insurance upto you. My fuel economy went from 42 mpg to 46mpg.

The extra torque, less gear changes is a massive difference to the engine.
