I have just bought a 2011 rcz and the audio and telematics system steering wheel control stalk is not responding when any of the buttons are pressed
Is this a simple fix or does it require a new stalk

here’s hoping a new fuse will do the trick

Has the stereo been changed from standard to a new one at all? If it's not been done correctly you will lose those functions (although it's an easy fix with the correct cables).

If you're not sure, post a pic of the stereo here and we can tell you.
