Help with underneath RCZ

Hi everyone,

I was just changing the oil on my RCZ and noticed that this part of the subframe (?) seemed a little bent. Or are they water draining holes?

Do you think this is anything to worry about or likely to cause an MOT failure? Likely a previous jacking error.
