Help, gear grinding noise on cold start

Hi all,

Need some help over here. My RCZ has a weird gear grinding short noise on cold start. It also vibrate quite vigorously when im in parking mode too. My starter was changed few months back.

The first thing to check is the automatic gearbox oil.

Has it only started after the starter motor was fitted ?
