Help!!! File to big to upload

Help!!! For the last few days I've been trying to upload a couple of pics I took of my Z but it keeps saying the file is to big,
It's been so long, I cannot for the life of me remember how to reduce them and I can't seem to find a easy answer on the net.
Does anyone have a solution please

Do you have a photobucket account? Or if your using a mobile device ypu can use tapatalk.

Cheers guys sorted now, with 1 of the pics from iPad,
Just need to do the ones on my phone now
