Headlight washer cleaning

Is there a way to make the headlight washers pop out to allow cleaning around them or will they only project forward when washing the headlights.

I am looking for the answer to your question to put a new headlight washer cover cap on did you find out how to make them stay out? :beer:

This isn't helpful - there must be a way but I'm dammed if I know it - Soz.

I've only ever seen it pop out and back again. Not even sure when it's meant to pop out either !!

Every 6th time you wash windscreen ??
