I'm having mine looked at Friday and had my 1000 mile check up today. Whilst talking to the salesman I explained it was caused by the passenger seat headrest. As my car was being looked at I showed him how it happened on the showroom car, lo and behold theirs had the same mark, only lower down and not so pronounced!
