Hi there!
Just bought a 2012 RCZ 1.6 THP 200. Had my eye on them for a while now as a way to spend my car allowance I got with my new job. Dealer I went to had the Diesel, 156 and 200 so test drove them all. Was really impressed with the Diesel, but once I drove the 200 I was sold.
Any advice for a first time owner is welcome, even if to point to some threads. I plan on getting it serviced once I collect it. Has been stamped every year since it was registered

I've only just got my diesel, and am pretty clueless about mechanical things, but have been here months, observing and learning...
The main advice I've garnered in that time (for all RCZs, but especially for petrols!) is:
CHANGE THE OIL REGULARLY!
(I've seen 'every 5000 miles' mentioned... And was lucky I found one with stamps every 5k!)
Good luck with your Z - it sounds like it's been reasonably well looked after.
