Front lion badge removal.

Hi does anyone know if the front lion badge is glued onto the surround or screwed or does the whole badge trim have to be removed to take the lion badge off? I'm looking to replace the black backing with carbon fibre.

I can't believe it had to be screwed on! I've looked at other posts regarding removing the whole front emblem mounting which requires unscrewing and breaking plastic welds but I didn't want to go that far!
I just want to wrap the back badge backing in carbon fibre. :eusa-think:
