Hi all,

I need to have my front lower Control arm bushes replaced (a recent MOT advisory). looking around for parts it seems that you can get the bushes individually or complete replacement arms with bushes installed - I’ve seen complete sets on EBay inc replacement bottom hub carrier joints for about £150 for both sides. Has anyone tried these aftermarket kits and does anyone know whether the smallish addiction parts cost is worth it to offset the fitting cost of having to press out and refit new bushes in the existing arms?

Also, I think I have a front bearing on its way out - is there anything to be wary of getting this replaced? I’ve a feeling this is all going to get expensive…
