Ok guys I know this is unpopular with some however PeugeotRCZforum does have a "Do NOT name and shame" rule.
Currently naming and shaming is not a big issue here but as with most automotive forums this is something that can easily get out of hand. PeugeotRCZforum therefore needs to take the initiative to ensure this does not become an issue which will effect the long term continuation of this forum.
Members may be fast to complain or criticize about specific incidents, service or product.
Although users may have a valid point or justified complaint and are simply looking to help other community members, sometimes it is a personal attack (as large sums of money may be involved), or even a deliberate attempt to tarnish or smear a reputation.
There are always two sides to any argument and many years good service can quickly be overlooked. Nobody is 100% all the time and one lazy call, poor salesperson or faulty product should not be allowed to damage a reputation.
By all means discuss the problems and experience but please don’t name and shame.
