Footwell lights in an R

Hi
I've seen threads on here about ambient lights
I have an R and there's nothing in the menu for that
I'd like the footwell lights to stay on
Any ideas ?

Dunno about the R but in my mk1 200THP the ambient footwell lights were only visible on unlit roads. Any ambient street lighting masks them. Maybe double check on a pitch black road?

There isn't an ambient setting in the R. If you buy some footwell lights off eBay (I have blue ones) they do stay on dimly, whilst driving.

I have ambient lighting in my R. Also footwell lights. All came stock from factory and works well.
