Finally I bought my own RCZ as I wanted. An mk1 2013 Automatic black with camel interior, with 65.000km (real, checked. I went to see one with "67.000km" which was totally fried with more tha 110.000km, broken motor mirror, very bad condition...dodged a bullet with that one...)

I'm really happy. I came from a Hyundai genesis V6 At, and although that car is awesome and I fully recommend it, I wanted something shorter and with less power (yeah, driving a 300hp in a city becomes frustrating).

For a bonus, i share my problemas, things to do and future plan.

It came with an aftermarket radio which I don't like (a 9inch one which is way too big) and the audio system sounds awful, no EQ makes it sound good at a moderate/high volume (it has the jbls. Also, I can't set the clock.)

Plans:
A) service for engine and transmission oil. Although Peugeot says the transmission is sealed, the manufacturer (Aisin), says every 10 years or 60.000km IIRC.

B) Screen/Audio:
have the original unit,go back and see how it sound with that. With bluetooth I'm more or less ok, I prefer the android auto screen wireless (which surprisingly connect perfectly being a cheap chinese zlink one). I'll look for a good android unit 7inch with the original kind of screen frame. It has the one with the non-original with replaced hazard bar buttons.
Move from this one:

(not my car actual photos)

C) Fix the passenger seat motor. It doesn't moves backwards or forwards smoothly. I suppose that it's the rails, but I don't know, they kinda move sometimes. The rest of the movements of the motor work well...we'll see

D) Change the rims for something like this ones (3008 gt) or similar. I'll need more research and what I can get my hands on. AFAIK this are 7.5 length and rcz have 8 in length, but would still fit the 235/45. I seek comfort more than sportiness.

Things that I learned and researched:
Had to replace the battery. What a pain...the only working method for me was not to pull the battery management module from the cover, but to disconnect the cables that go to the front panel of the module. Pulling up, no luck, super stuck.

To recover access to setting the clock with an android unit, apparently you need the CANBUS decoder PSA-RZ-01 to manage it from the aftermarket unit though system settings. I have the PSA RZ-15 and had no luck with getting to figure out in the unit's menu the configuration to set the time. Also the fwd/backward buttons trick didn't work. I'm buying the RZ-01 to see if that fixes the problem. Anyway, I'm changing the screen for a smaller one. I need this car to have a great audio system. Maybe it's the cheap android unit, IDK...maybe I'll just roll with the original system stock and have my smartphone for navigation and music over bluetooth (loose the reverse camera but well...at least all the sensors work)

Also, after I change the battery (12x75 65ah), it drained after a day. It's my first peugeot. I noticed that the bonnet was not fully closed (I didn't do the extra push after dropping the bonnet) and left my lights on auto (which seemed to be off, but IDK), and apparently having the bonnet not fully closed makes the car to not go full into sleep mode (hope it is just that)...I bought a jump start kit and see if I can revive the thing and hope it was only a small electric drain from that, and not something more serious like the starting motor or the alternator, or one of the millions fuses...It didn't happen before having it parked for a week.

Risky move:
The car was pre owned by several people and don't have any record of services, I just hope that some service were done, official or unofficial. Official Peugeot told me they don't provide records (like if their system is not centralised or something)....
I just took the risk, crossed my fingers that some services where made (everything looked ok while checking it with the mechanic)..., the car had no sever faults (just thing related with not finding the infotainment system and tyre pressure system), and it drived well. Last owner told me that the distribution was changed. Not sure, but no fault codes, will have to check more in depth...

Wish me luck, I'll need it lol

Any info or heads up, pointing to specific pains that many of you would already had helps me a lot. Thank you for your support! I'll post any news and findings on what works and what doesn't
