FAULT CODES - f03e??

anybody know about this code: f03e -
in service box its write that - absence of communication with the rev counter unit ECU or the odometer warning lamps unit.
but cant find more info.... if its the instrument cluster itslef or bsi, because it seems all working O.k

What issue is the fault causing & are you sure the code is right obd2 usually begin with P?

hard to see what it cause... now nothing i can see, maybe when is fault or somthing else itll not light...
i check for faults after i take off the insturment cluster panel with DAIGBOX - and see that fault.
i reset it but always return

Reset the BSI BCM (Body control Module) Looks like the systems are not talking back to the ECU ?
