Engine mount ok, broken frame, or chipped paint? pics included

I bealive this is in the passenger side (right side).

I´ve been checking the engine mount and seen from this picture from the mechanic inspecting it (still in process of buying the car). At first I though it was just changing the engine mount, common thing, but looking at the parts here, the 1807 JQ ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET looks ok in the photo.
Is that part mounted directly to the frame? And its just missing paint or there goes a bolt or something? I can´t tell what is broken exactly and what needs fixing if something if at all.

The ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET doesn´t look broken, but the thing beneath. Is that directly the frame? And something should go there? Itś just scrtached paint from the frame?

From what i can see and looking at my own, you’ve got chipped paint.
poss from someone doing the timing chain. The scuffed area is the frame of the car to which the mount goes on.
when it stops raining I’ll post a pic of mine for reference.

In a lot of early models the engine mounts were a known fault issue I changed the top one on a 2011 as it was worn out !
