Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue, driving along normally then acceleration slumps and engine light comes in with "engine fault, repair needed", stopped and turned around and got home (thankfully a couple mins) when I turned the car off at home it was still making a loud whirring noise , which wouldn't shut off until I disconnected the battery, also noticed a large amount of corrosion around battery. Has anyone had a similar experience or recommendations on where to go from here(car novice)
