Hi everyone...newbie here....had my baby for about 18 months, she's only done 27K miles on a 61 plate and just had her serviced a week ago. She's sailed through her MOT's without even an advisory 
love her to bits but she's being a bit awkward at the moment!
Took her out Saturday, multi function display went blank, Bluetooth wouldn't connect and when I put her into reverse, the EM light came on.
Fuse checked, hadn't blown but changed it anyway but it fidn't resolve the issue. I disconnected the battery for 20 mins and that got the display and Bluetooth working
but EM light still wouldn't go out and the fault code (U0140) won't clear.
I did a BSI reset and it still won't clear. Everything is working, there are no performance issues whatsoever, all electrical systems are functional.
Any suggestions or am I'm going to have to dig deep and take her to a garage?
