Drivers side Inner seal

Hi I'm to the Forum and the RCZ. my Question if someone can help my inner seal drivers side is at the bottom is damaged I have a replacement seal how easy is it to take the old one out and replace the new one.

Most modern door seals are what they term as "Pinched on" the seal is pushed/tapped over the seams of the door opening if its tight use a wood or rubber mallet to tap it home people have used petroleum jelly or white grease to slide them on
