Dreaded Mot time…..and yes it failed on snapped rear N/S Side coil spring…( With the potholes I’m not surprised )…..
it’s fitted with lower springs so can’t even buy 1 has to be a pair….Saying that I’ve been advised best to change them in pairs….
So as I’m supplying the parts what your guesses on labour rate to change two rear springs  ……..

The rear coil springs are the easiest to fit and should not be more then 2 hrs labour.. And yes best change in pairs.. I got OEM front and rear for less than 100 pounds...

All the springs on these cars are suspect I had a sheard off offside front on my last mot so not only changed both but also all the top mounting parts as its recommended which I can only assume is due to the suspension being hard as nails & British roads are cobbled together carthorse tracks breaking not only Peugeots but many other models
