Hi
My wife’s RCZ diesel has just had a new DPF tank fitted after the original split around the seams. It was fitted and programmed in by our local trustworthy garage. The car has run beautifully for a fortnight, but yesterday spluttered and refused to start. The AA diagnosed a clogged EGR valve and duly cleaned the same and the car drove perfectly on the way home (50 miles). However, she won’t start again this morning.

Surely the EGR valve shouldn’t clog again so quickly?
The DPF was having problems with the warning lights on for several months as we struggled to find a tank. However, is it possible the garage programmed the incorrect dosing for the DPF tank as they calculated Whitney thought was the correct figure (is anyone able to confirm what the figure should be?)
