Double Din Head Unit

Hello all

I have just purchased an RCZ R (very excited) and it has the standard single din head unit with the nav. The colour brochure shows a much more visually appealing double din unit. I have also seen this unit fitted to some of the press cars.

Does anyone know what the difference is (other than size), what it maybe called or where it can be sourced. I can't see it on the accessory price list.

Hi and welcome. I think your car has the rt6 unit and the double din unit is called ng4. Have a search on here and there is plenty of information available and set out for you to read and learn. Enjoy the R!

Thanks Renegade79, now I have a reference of the unit that will make life much easier.

Yes I will enjoy R. I have a weeks wait to collect, which will probably seem like a year!

I think in the uk they are not supplied with the NG4 System (anymore) the highest spec is rt6.
NG4 was supplied in the mk1's and then stopped. Not sure if Europe still have the option of the NG4.

In Europe is since the facelift also only the rt6 available.
