Saw one (10 reg) turning right off the roundabout on Caerphilly Road, then past Morrison's in Llanishen Cardiff at 10 to 9 this morning. Only the third RCZ I have ever seen on the road (one black one last year in the same place, a white one on the westbound M4 between J33 and J34 the day after I got mine, and now this one). It's nice to see how awesome RCZs look on the road in real life now and again.
