Dipped beam

I've recently got new headlights and when I swapped them over with the bulbs from the old headlights I initially had a problem with the indicators but after sorting that out the dipped beam has stopped working on both sides! I've gone to buy new h1 bulbs, checked fuses, looked over connectors did a basic wire check, looked at the earth and even put one of the old headlights back in but still not working. I'm all out of ideas and patience so any help from anyone who has had this problem before or who just knows about this sort of thing would be extremely helpful.
All the other lights work as well as the high beam.

Try a BSI reset it may be the Canbus is being naughty did it with mine when I changed my indicators on the mirrors for new Led flashers it rejected them but after a reset they went OK ?
