Delete/amend telephone address book.

As I have an incorrect telephone number stored in my telephone. Does anybody know how I can delete it or edit it? I have the sim card permanently in situ.

Ron the car copies the phonebook so delete the numbes fom the sim via your thumb and phone then repeat the process on the car

He doesn't have a phone, just the sim card which lives in the car.....
