I have my daytime lights on all the time, have done from new and now done 11000 miles without any problems with them.

Some sort of an electrical problem or fuse maybe?

Same here, but I've only done 9500 miles since last May.

Got LED bulbs in the RCZ which are fine, but the previous 308CC ran on the DRL's for the 15 months that I had it on standard bulbs and was fine. Think it had done 14/15k miles when I flogged it

My 2 daylight bulbs also burnt quickly. One with just 1000 milles or so. The other one less than 9 months switched on.

Hi all...I have two of the LED 380 canbus bulbs as described in this tread, and am having real trouble getting them to fit in to the headlight unit. I have the standard buld unit..not xenons...any top tips as the standard bulbs look rubbish!

jIM what i did was turn/twist the bulb into the headlight unit and the same time looking into the headlamp from outside this give you a visual guide as well dont be afraid to apply a small amount pressure whilst doing so try the driver side firstly as there is more room for your hands to manuovre

yea they are a bugger to fit, you do have to push the lamp unit a fair bit to get them in with the bulb in the holder, do not try to put them in first and then put the holder on as they fall inside the lamp unit and then are a REAL bugger to get out.
If you pop the headlamp off its socket, you can tell you have, take out the head lamp and stick you finger in and pull it back and it pops back on.
