Date not updating.... still!!

The date is still not changing on its own! Any ideas?? It's not critical, but so annoying!!

I have a similar issue with the date not displaying correctly if I have disconnected the battery. In the setup menu for |Date and Time you have to swicth off the set auto date by GPS and then you can change the time and date manually.
