Does the ABS sensor have anything to dom with the cruise control? Odd question In know but I have an ABS/ESR failure alert so I replaced one of the ABS sensors as that seemed the logical course (Not replaced them all yet as I am doing them one at a time) but tbis AM I could not get the Cruise Control to engage on the Motorway..

Any thoughts.

If you're having issues then it'll ping a code, get the code read and it will tell you what the issue is. A lot easier than randomly slinging parts at it.
I used to have PP/Diagbox and used to do cheap reads, but I sold my gear a while back.

I don't know if the RCZ is the same, but 407s suffer from brake switch failure. Easiest way to tell is the brake lights can illuminate when you're not pressing the pedal.
Obviously if the car thinks you're braking the cruise won't work.

That is an easy job. Part is relatively cheap too.

The ABS & cruise control are married in theory if an ABS sensor fails you won't have any cruise control
