CD not working

I've recently bought a 2014 RCZ diesel 2lt gt and the cd doesn't seem to want to Work, it takes the cd but nothing else, maybe something I'm overlooking, any help on this much appreciated.

try scrolling with the media button i can't remember if cd's automatically play
