Hi all ,i am thinking of buying a 2013 1.6 petrol but have been put off from a Peugeot dealer asking £1100 to change the timing chain !! are ther any other things to look for before buying thanks Alan h.

The answer is yes but its the same for any car. You'll see plenty of issues on any forum because its the first place people go when you've got a problem.
But you've got to balance that against the low purchase prices these cars go for at the moment. You are buying a future classic which will lose very little in value, downside is you might get some bills .
I've had 3 and covered about 70k miles and probably spent a couple of thousand other than normal servicing or normal wear and tear items, tyres etc so not bad .
