BOOT LID FAULT RE-APPEARS !!

It looks as though the fault I had a few weeks back where my boot lid was opening by itself when the doors were opened has re-appeared, it did seem to correct itself but over the last 2 days it has started doing the same thing.

I have found a way to correct it but obviously theres something wrong internally, to temporally correct it i have too hold open the boot at a high angle then keep pressing the boot lid button under the bumper until I cannot hear the lock clicking, this seems to correct things for a day or so. :eusa-think:

So It's another visit to the dealer

Ok an update on the boot thing.
The car went into the dealers yesterday and they fitted a new boot opener switch, apparantly water was getting into the last one, which I've been told has affected some other RCZ's.
The whole rear bumper has to come off just to change the switch, thankfully Days Of Swansea came up trumps again and did the job without any drama, I cannot even tell the bumper has been off.
And they gave the car another valet

Pat on the back to Ray the Peugeot service manager for looking after Herbie
