Battery negative terminal

How do you access the battery negative terminal I wan't to fit a battery conditioner for when the car is laid up over the winter

Page 166 in the manual covers this.
You connect the negative to the car body not the battery.

Why aren't you going to be using the car, and slip-sliding all over the shop like the rest of us?
Its not a Classic Car............Yet.

If I stayed in Warwickshire I would use it all year round you don't get the amount of salt and rod grit we do up hear . I will be running wife's xy with winter wheels on over the winter :D :D :D

Oh just notices a Triumph man , my 2.5PI is in a nice dry garage for the winter

So does mine mate. Although it's been there longer than I wanted.
