Well Ive had my Mercury Grey 200 THP RCZ for 2 weeks now and I'm enjoying every driving moment. A few days after picking her up I went on an 8 day drive. The last part of the trip was rather wet but there was some fine weather at the start so managed to get a couple of photos before it got too road soiled.
Ive been pleasantly surprised at the performance. Having been driving 3.6 and 4 litre cars for many years I expected a noticeable drop in performance especially on hills and when overtaking. To my surprise she hasn't struggled at all. Above 2000 RPM she has the torque to pull away from most situations and at 100 kph and in 6th gear, she climbed hills and overtook cars with ease. After just 1900 kms she is averaging 6.7 litres/100km (about 42 miles/gallon).
