Are these deposits normal in a throttle body?

I was expecting maybe some carbon build up but came across this







Haven’t had any overheating issues, just air con troubles and now replacing thermostat/rear coolant hard pipe due to coolant leak

No mayo under cap but is the above normal?

I would expect some sooty deposits but that's oil residue maybe check the rocker breather pipe +PCV valve which should be changed if the engine is in the 50.000Klm range
