So, after standing for a few weeks while I was away, I decided to give the old thing a bit of a fettle, oh & I washed my car as well

Anyway, I went out shortly afterwards to take the dog to the vets. When I came out, there was a middle aged lady looking round my car, with her husband sitting in their car waiting in front of mine.

She told me what a beautiful car I had, & asked what it was. She then said they were very interested in buying one, & would pay the dealership a visit.
I explained that she would have to find a dealer that had one in as they no longer made them. She thought mine was brand new

When I told her this, she said they only ever bought new cars, so was quite disappointed she wouldn’t be able to get one.

There you go Peugeot, another sale lost.......

Stop showing off. Or I'll send a letter home to your parents.

It all makes sense now... I didn't realise it was your wife's bush that everyone was taking about at the Yorkshire meet

Btw... it looks very slick 'n' shinny

Yeah that and his Emanuel collection ! LOL

on another note Pete, you can see why she thought your car was brand new - good job.

And I've been trying to push across the merits of Fusso99 on the forum to anyone who listens - it's very good stuff...

Is that the mirror shine you've used ?

Cheers M.

Sorry, just seen your post Mick,

It’s just Fusso Coat - Dark. Lots of buffing including a quick run over with the machine  (it can be a bit of a bu66er to take off when the sun suddenly comes out half way through  )

DKZ, I have to say, I'm sure your car looks better now than when it was new.

I downloaded a copy to use as my wallpaper but it was no good. It's so shiny I can barely make out the icons on the screen! Sunglasses required, although I don't think the sun was even shining?

I reckon that’s why I recently got away with a speeding fine, it was so shiny they couldn’t get a radar lock
