Analogue clock working but does not sync time with digital clock

Hi all - my analogue clock won't sync with the digital clock when altering the time. Seem to remember the hands spinning around previously when I set it.

Not particularly bothered if it's an expensive fix, but just wondered if any other owners have had this problem.

Might be a silly answer but after setting the time are you confirming it?

I remember on mine when I bought it (didn’t have the handbook) I adjusted the time but when I exited the menu no change, trying to navigate up down left right to change numbers and then trying to move onto next item to change was getting a bit much

Later on I spotted the OK button in bottom left corner
