Alarm, central locking, key fob problem

Hi everyone

I need help with my 2010 Peugeot RCZ 200 GT, every time I lock the car using the key fob the alarm ends up going off after 3-4 minutes and then the key fob stops working and to unlock the car I have to unlock it manually insert the key and turn the ignition to switch the alarm off and then the key fob and central locking again work for another 3-4 minutes as well every time the alarm goes off and the key fob stops working again!

If i lock the car with the key all is fine as I guess the alarm isn't set using this method.

I’ve done a bsi reset 4 times as well as checked the car battery, new key fob battery, paired the key again, all the usual jazz but to no avail, hopefully this issue has been seen before and help is around the corner, many thanks

I know it sounds daft but worth a try, just check the boot release switch hasn’t stuck in, sometimes if you press to release it at one side it can stick and cause all sorts of issues with locking the car?
