I'm in my second Sport. My first was bog standard (part from the leather seats I had fitted).
My current one has the Sports pack (smaller steering whel, smaller gear knob and the acoustic exhaust note when you rev hard). This a must have. The difference the size of the steering wheel makes is immense.
I also went for Sat Nav, which has been a god send and just looks a little better than the standard dash.
Depending on which colour you are going for I would suggest black roof arches (you may want to include The full black pack, if you like the look of that).
Are you upgrading the seats from cloth in your Sport?
The Vision Pack isn't available on the Sport, I'm afraid.
