I'm a postie and I've got an RCZ. Actually the pay is OK for the skills I have. And we've just got 2.8% pay rise payable from May. Mind you, that was agreed at the time of the government flogging off a large chuck of Royal Mail some time ago as a bit of a sweetener. When our protected terms and conditions come to an end shortly we'll probably get new contracts on minimum wage! I'll be keeping the RCZ though!
