I've heard that these devices help with downward thrust.
So, you older guys should be able to benefit from that.

Be careful you don't want too much rear downforce, it being front wheel drive

You're doing it wrong. Take a look at the radio antenna protruding in front of this important wing. It disturbs the free flow of air towards the high performance wing you put on the car. I had a quick call on that with Andrian Newey and he claimed it a bad design decision as well. Going by him you should move it ahead of the radio antenna to increase the downforce by 0.0003022 % when driving in wet behind a 34 years old lorry.

Apparently a wing of this design really comes into its own above 163 mph. :auto-car:

Well ... as the Earth spins at one rev per 24 hours, the effect of this device depends on the latitude, so let's not get picky!
Google tells me that at the equator the velocity is close to 1,000 mph. :geek:
163 mph; pah! :sleeping-yellow:

I believe that with aerodynamics fitted of this type, if you were to achieve a fast enough speed, you could in fact drive upside down in a tunnel. :eusa-think: :eusa-whistle:
