My local dealer is £299 all in - I will also need pads.

My independent garage , £ 329
Full service , genuine parts including front pads AND DISKS.

£420 for service and pads and disks FRONT AND BACK.

I don't need disks - just want new non rusted ones!

Personally I'd go for front pads/discs for the £329. I've been caught out before with new pads only to need discs (and therefore yet more pads) on the following service  best get them both done together. You'd probably be £600+ for all that at the dealer. I'd go independant especially if they're using peugeot approved. Warranty will still be intact.
How long are you planning on keeping the car? That's what I'd consider before going the rears.

I paid £230 for the 1st basic service, oil & filter plus a pollen filter.
So £299 for the 2nd service with pads sounds reasonable, but like donna says you should do the discs at the same time, even if slightly scored.
Have you considered doing the pads and discs yourself, it really is a simple job. You could get a price from a motor factor for after market parts or go for genuine if the price is not that far apart.
Halfords can supply genuine & named brake parts for the Z if you order them, but not off the shelf, they only take a day or so to arrive and they are cheaper sometimes.

The £329 deal sounds the most reasonable though, save you getting your hands dirty and all genuine parts.
