What do you think:

It looks like it has a gormless expression on it's face with that grill!! Not a fan of that at all. i actually think that that's worse! I would find it very strange if they didn't change the Lion to be in keeping with the flush appearance that it makes on the new models.

I like it but have some things to point out that I see:

- I am not a fan of having the registration plate in the middle of the grille, I actually like it at the bottom of the body where it is not as obvious.
- I wish that they didn't use the badge set-up again, although it looks a little different. Having just the lion in a recess would do the trick for me.
- Glad they have the DRL's down by the fog lights, but they do look rather large.

Other than that it looks good and it looks like you can do an upgrade to it if you want, but will need to replace the headlamp assemblies.

I do want to say one other thing, I saw this post this morning and on my way to work I saw several other cars, including other Peugeot's, with a similar front look, that might be due to the ring around the grille area though.

I like the DRLs being down by the fogs...even if it's no longer terribly original. However, agree that they are far too big. The Lion really needs revisited and, like you, I think it was KKRCZ that pointed out that there are a LOT of cars with this grille. He named a number of cars that are the same.

Yeah I saw that thread for the 2012 facelift where KKRCZ had those other cars, and that was what I noticed too just in my drive this morning. So nothing original which is a shame, and if they do nothing it will then be original but not going with the curve, can't win.

If it gets the SR1 bonnet, grill and lights then it will be top coupe for many more years to come!

Nah  too much "Too Fast Too Furious" going on there, too Jap!

It's only natural that a facelift would reflect the current 308 - after all it is just a 308 with a fancy coat.......
