The price quoted is way out. Even Peugeot are only quoting £330 each

I didn't think you could put 19 inch wheels on the Sport? I can't remember why but I thought I'd read somewhere that this couldn't be done. Is it something to do with the brakes as I believe they are different / bigger on the GT? As I said, I'm not sure and I could be wide of the mark. Any helpful comments would be welcomed.

Yes it would be better to upgrade to a gt mate but he who waits ;) may get them, full sets have been sold on ebay for as little as £600 including tyres used that is so keep your eyes open

RCZ1 the brake calipers on the GT200 are bigger and so can only have 19 inch rims. The 156 can have either the 19 or 18 inch rims.

I was tempted to the 200 by the bigger brakes and more power but the stiffer suspension put me right off. The roads in Aberdeen are crap at the best of times!

Thanks for that information xzibit. So are the 19 inch alloys a straight swap or do you have to do some jiggery pokery?

I should imagine they are a straight swap as I remember there being a few demonstrators with the GT spec but the 18" wheels kicking around for sale when I was looking to get mine. Seems they didn't want the 19" alloys kerbed by potential customers too much!

In the early days of the RCZ, diesel GTs had 18 inch wheels but then that was changed to 19 inch a little while later.

19" wheels from the RCZ fit all RCZs.
18" wheels from the RCZ fit all RCZs.

It's when you want to go smaller than 18" that they don't fit the THP200 and (here in Belgium it is) the HDi originally delivered with 19". They both have the big brakes in front.

exactly, HDI with 19'' also have bigger brakes, like THP200...

Was on the Peugeot UK site today and you can now get 19's on a sport HDI through the configurator - whether or not that is a mistake or not I don't know, but they come up as an option - £300 extra over the list price.

Hi Arseezed!

I could offer you a complete set of 19" Solstice rims in silver. One has a scratch in its coating, the others are as good as new! They are waiting in my garage packed for shipping. If you would like then just let me know via email ([email protected]) and make an offer.

Cheers

I'd be interested in them, but guessing you're in Europe somewhere and the shipping costs would be prohibitive. Shame.
