I had same problem with my catch as they are flimsy but I managed to get the catch to work again and spray loads of wd40 etc over bonnet lock mechanism etc and been fine since….thank god..
All sorted picked up a 70amp battery with local GSF Came in at £62…any you guys changing yours for some reason Peugeot put a circuit board thingy
on top of the battery which was a sod to move but came off in the end…Why on earth peugeot fitted that on top battery I’ve no idea..
I got hid fitted as standard to mine and to be honest leds are brighter…I’ve fitted novsight led to the main beam and the light is on another level…
The hids bulbs are upgraded on mine but I don’t rate them for direct light….
I fitted led to replace my halogen main beam..(Hid on Dip)….I believe they are illegal in Uk but have always passes Mot….
All I can say on dark roads with main beam on best lights I’ve ever seen….Novsight I went with..
Looking at your profile picture what suspension setup are you running?….Car...
I had a guy come to the house he removes the wheels and sands/Painted in back of his van…
As for getting rid of curb damage couldn’t fault him but the finish on the paint reminds me of Halfords car wheel spray wasn’t overly impressed…
Came in at £40 per wheel….Cant really grumble at that price….
As far as I know all the 200thp models came with 19" Rims…mines also lowered all round on pi springs roughly dropped 1"
I’ve got run flat tyres on the back and the ride is hard for my aching bones
Matrix can be troublesome on them where they can block up and need flushing or replacement as the heaters in mine were terrible (Cold)….
My temp doesnt move off 90…
Would a pressure build up cause it to pop off?….
To be honest guys it's something I overlooked and never noticed until this post came out but will definitely tackle the problem...Cheers for the info guys..👍
I bought replacements from Amazon which came with ballast base….think they were called Winpower and to be honest just as bright as the factory fitted bulbs…From what I remember they were £25+…that’s going back few years though…and having small hands comes in handy when fitting them….;)
Same happened to mine couple months ago..I did put a post up here on it..
I came across a company on eBay had a new one for roughly £20+….So didn’t break the bank simple to change and no problems since…
