Lo peeps,
I am happy to report that the first modifications to my RCZ went well,
Powerflow Exhaust
I now have a Quad Powerflow exhaust which sounds great, its a lot deeper than the standard exhaust note through the revs and I would say around 3 times louder so its not ridiculously boy...
The question was "whats the fastest modified RCZ you have come across" and "has anyone seen 400bhp+" Cost and application was your own contribution to which you have answered sufficiently, well done!
We are having a discussion on extravagant upgrades which may be worth considering over in...
I agree and im not looking to spend 10k or anything like that but I have bought this as a project/toy, There's a family in the works so I will be getting a 5 door soon (kinda like the new 308's).
I have had company cars for the last 10 years and although they have been decent cars, they...
I would imagine but with the RCZ sharing a lot of components with other cars, most of which have some form of motorsport background that there maybe some options available
I have the 200 which is suppose to do 44mpg although I am only managing 39.7, I would probably get more but its just so much fun to drive and since most the roads where I live are NSL its easy to get carried away but in any case I was referring to the amount of miles I will be putting on it...
Why would I be joking? A normally aspirated 1.6l might only manage 150-200bhp but with turbochargers and superchargers and various engine tuning options am sure someone has got there or at least close, I have seen a few Fiesta 1.6 ST's at 380 and 400bhp, F1 Cars double that although I don't...
I did look at an R but I bought this to run up to Manchester once or twice a week for work so mileage was important, I got mine on a 15 plate with 15000 miles for just over 12k. R's around the 12-15k mark where 30000 miles+ besides people expect R's to be fast, you have to let them have a little...
And with the greatest respect, I will respond again, to make it as quick as possible without giving my wife any grounds for divorce (shes already upset i've taken my wedding off and used it for a key ring).
This is my plan.

I already have some items in the works and...
I wouldn't be ditching the turbo, I would be supplementing it. You can have both a supercharged and turbocharged engine, its just a matter of fitting it all into the engine bay lol
That looks sweet but due to my lack of experience in such things I have to look for vehicle specific products or things within the range of what can be undertaken at my local garages :( I was thinking along the lines of a bolt on supercharger or larger turbo but I haven't owned a pug for over...
I will be sure to post images at each stage, I think the total project will take 8-12 months, i've just bought a house so she will have her own plans for my money lol
So I have a 15 plate RCZ THP200 and I was wondering what serious performance upgrades are available (if any) so a replacement or additional Turbocharger or a Supercharger etc? I am not mechanically minded so you will have to excuse me if this is a stupid question.
Cheers
Re: Modified beauties
Anyone know where I can get an actual kit like that? You find me something like and I would have it on my car within 6 months, I would settle for somewhere that could make me a kit like that, anyone?
Hi Everyone,
This is my 2015 RCZ THP200:
And hopefully with a little help from you guys it will end up looking something like this:
I apologise for the poor photoshopping, its been a while. Its booked in on the 16th for the following items and I am open to any suggestions/recommendations...
