So just to be clear, the car had some problem “recognising” the battery?
and when you took it back did you get another (the same) Halfords battery ie was the one you had just a dud ?
thanks
I've got mine ready to fit, but you have to drop the front bumper, so I'm working up the enthusiasm to find time to do it - mine is a facelift too !
There's a good YouTube video on the topic.
All sorted thanks to @Chillipip ! I’m now going to have to deal with the dreaded lifting the car to get the wheel off and locking wheel nut!! Still, I’ve got a few weeks to psych myself up for it 😂😂
You can get new ones from PeugeotPartsDirect but still an eye watering £520 !!

Yeah my sensors have a fault! OBD port read out says “rear right inner” sensor faulty - but how on earth do you get to the rear sensors!!?? Please don’t say remove bumper as I’ve seen the YouTube video on that and it’s major !!
Hi all - so I’m not sure if my THP200 is missing a bit of underbody trim? I know the petrol doesn’t have the full tray like the HDI(but why !!!??) but my mechanic who checked the car over for me (before 3m warranty expires!) said the two plastic bits either side were flapping about! See picture...
Not sure they'd be much different - have you checked the tyres aren't over-inflated? Also some brands will ride much softer than others depending on the compounds used.
So I noticed some oil spots on the drive from my baby  A trusted mechanic friend kindly gave the car a good check over and at my request changed the camshaft cover gasket for me as there was the usual slight leak there, but the problem is apparently the bit where the engine joins the...
