Personally I wouldn’t put E10 in any of the petrols, but I don’t think that’s your problem, like Pedro said buy a scanner and it will give you a good starting point a scanner with the THP engine is a necessity I'm afraid

Or the one I removed the other day from a breaker had and it were the original one.
46k is nothing but may need a walnut blast.
The exhaust isn’t an Ulter quad it were something Peugeot sold as an accessory it runs at the rear of the bumper.
Hi yes I’ve commented on your other post, mines been great had it 9 years now nothing major not changed one sensor or coil stick to genuine sensors especially the coolant one.
My car has a custom quad I would have thought your daughters may have just the quad back section like the Ulter one
Hi yeh I have a launch edition also and although I don’t do mega mileage in it it’s been very reliable, as for sensors there’s so much cheap crap out there it’s not worth putting the cheap stuff in especially the coolant level sensor go Bosch and you should be ok with that as for other sensors...
You could buy it and any decent exhaust fitter will be able to install easy enough, but some exhaust fabricators will custom make you a quad rear section for similar price, don’t know where your situated but Tony Banks in Leeds offers this for around £399 fitted
A few have repaired them like yourself but as you say it’s a nightmare cutting the thing open.
The price of new units is ridiculous but sometimes you’ve just got to bite the bullet.
