Hi all,
hope someone can help?
As you can see from the photo, my 19" rim now has crack in it, thanks pot hole, stays up for about a day, and use the car every day so have to keep pumping up.
As I don't have a spare I would like to get repaired, as you can my wheels are in great condition,
So my questions are, does anyone know of a mobile wheel repair in Essex or a cheap wheel I can put on the car while I get my wheel repaired as most places want the wheel for a couple of days.
Maybe could use an 18" on the rear as will ok and my wheel is off the front.

Thanks as always

Ooh ouch, not nice. There are arguments for and against repairs, just be sure to use a good repairer.
Hope you get sorted quickly.

ps is that a spec of dust on the back of that spoke?? 😜

Had this exact same issue, crack in same place, slow leak needing to be pumped up every day. I tried sourcing a replacement wheel but couldn't find any used ones, and a new one from Peugeot was quoted at around 2000GBP, so obviously I'm not doing that lol.

I just ended up getting a whole set of different wheels and new tires for roughly the same amount as a new replacement.

I wouldn't bother with getting a repair, my view is, we're not the only ones to have had this exact issue, so my view is you're most likely going to get the same issue on one of the other wheels in the near future, just ditch them and get brand new ones. A reputable repair won't be cheap, its not worth it I think.
